Tribe. Cannabis operates as a member of the Six Nations People's Cannabis Coalition; under the owners sovereign rights as a Kanienʼkehá꞉ka and under the protection against any and all external Canadian Force through sections 25 and 35 of the Canadian Charter of Right and Freedoms Act of 1984.

Tribe. Cannabis dispensary is a proudly owned Indigenous company located within the sovereign Six Nations Territory.  We are pleased to be a member of the Six Nations People's Cannabis Coalition.  As such we have have committed to returning a portion of our profits back to our community.
